Tier 1 includes two rounds of revisions. Tier 2 includes three rounds. Tier 3 includes unlimited revisions within scope. We define scope clearly in the brief before production begins, so revisions are almost always straightforward. In practice, most clients are happy after round one. If a revision request requires new production (new scenes, major script changes), we'll scope that separately and honestly.
We don't host your video or run your paid distribution — that's your team's job (or your media buyer's). What we do is give you everything you need to deploy it right: platform specs, compression settings, thumbnail recommendations, and placement strategy per channel. Tier 3 includes a 1-hour distribution workshop. We've seen too many great videos wasted on a bad embed — we make sure that doesn't happen to you.
